Narrative

SINOPSI: Trapped in a lift with her co-worker, a young woman predicts the future that awaits them. However, this gift of guessing the future puts her in an extreme moral dilemma that forces her to choose whether to cross an irreversible red line when there is no turning back and no way out.

CARLES

A family man who lives with the confidence of someone who has his life under control. His optimism is not naivety, but rather the result of a comfortable, trouble-free life, which has shaped him into a gentle, jovial person. However, this confidence will be turned on its head when the rules of the game change dramatically .

THE SHORT FILM

The plot of the short film is based on Book IX of the Odyssey, specifically the episode in which Odysseus has to escape from the cave inhabited by the cyclops Polyphemus by means of a lie. In other words, the script reimagines this story and strips it of its classical epic nature, placing the story in a completely different context, with different characters and in a different era.

The installation of the wooden lift has been a long process, but the result is very satisfying.

The art team has purchased, built and decorated each part to fit perfectly with the aesthetics of the 90s
